Sensitive Information: We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you purchase a ticket. All payment data is handled and stored by our payment processor, Paystack, not by us directly. You may find Paystack's privacy notice at https://paystack.com/terms.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such information.

You can opt out of these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send via our email platform, Resend, or by contacting us directly

To comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and exercise or defend our legal rights

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymise it, or, where this is not possible, securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.

Transmission of information to and from our Services is at your own risk.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under 18. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. You can unsubscribe from our marketing and event-update emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. We may still send you non-marketing, service-related messages, such as event logistics you've specifically requested.

Account information:

If you wish to review, correct, or delete your information, contact us using the details in Section 12. Upon request, we will delete your information from our active databases, though we may retain limited data where necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. As no uniform standard for recognising DNT signals currently exists, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this notice accordingly.

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and its regulations, as enforced by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
